When requesting a repair ensure you have provided the property address and photos/video relating to the issue.

Out of hours emergency
If you urgently need a repair outside of the usual office hours, call 020 8980 3377.
You will be put through to our emergency call centre, and the call handler will take your name, telephone number, property address and description of the emergency.
You will receive a call back to assess the emergency and be advised of the necessary action to take.
GAS Emergency
If you suspect a gas leak or carbon monoxide poisoning, immediately open all windows and doors and put out any open flames, including cigarettes. Then dial 0800 111 999 to reach the National Gas Emergency Service.
