What is the maximum length that a contract can be agreed upon?
Currently, we do not have a limit on contracts. Landlords are able to negotiate it for the appropriate length that suits their preference with no specified boundary due to our flexibility.
What is the minimum length that a contract can be agreed upon?
The minimum requirement to place a contract with us is 12 months. Contracts can be renewed
Which areas of London do you cover?
Hamletts will take on any property within a London Borough however we specialize in East London.
Is there a specific criterion for properties you choose to take on?
Whilst we are open to any size estate, most of our current properties are 1-4 bed house/apartment in East London which are very popular and in high demand at the current moment.
Who pays for eviction costs?
Almost all of the time tenants leave on time and it’s not necessary to evict, however, in those rare occasions where tenants don’t leave at the end of the tenancy, the costs of the eviction will be covered by us, subject to terms. Please enquire for more details
How will you maintain the property?
Properties we manage are regularly seen by our team to make sure there are no issues. If there are minor issues, we will try our best to resolve it as quickly as possible to keep both the tenant and landlord happy.
